Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Client Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the client services team

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

• Understand client needs and develop strategies to exceed their expectations

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide regular updates on project progress

• The ability to travel to Saudi Arabia

• Identify opportunities for new business and revenue growth

• Lead and manage the team to achieve targets and goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services and/or account management

• Must have previous experience with an agency

• Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with key clients

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
