Ideal Experience:

• Expertise in GCC labor laws and extensive retail experience, essential for guiding and advising a growing workforce of around 1500.

• Great knowledge of the retail landscape

• A proven strategic thinker, capable of spearheading initiatives that fuel impactful growth across the entire organisation.

• Demonstrated people management and leadership skills, nurturing and leading a team of talented HR professionals

• Cross-functional experience, collaborating seamlessly with department Heads, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, Learning & Development, and various other internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience managing the entire employee lifecycle, including performance reviews, talent development and adoption of HR policies
