​Job Description:

We've partnered with a company at the forefront of the sustainability sector, committed to bringing clarity and trust to carbon markets. With a mission to make environmental responsibility through carbon offsetting actionable for everyone, they are seeking a Head of Operations to lead their team in Dubai.

As Head of Operations, you'll work in close collaboration with the CEO with a primary mission to lead teams through critical growth phases as well as extending overall marketing impact. With a strong emphasis on team expansion and strategic scaling

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO to plan and implement processes, systems and scalable infrastructure

• Collaborate with the CTO AND Head of Product to ensure seamless alignment with product and operational goals

• Develop a cross-functional operational strategy that aligns with the vision, and growth objectives as well as expansion into new markets

• Managing budgets and optimisizing these for growth as the team grows

What we're looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in a Head of Operations or similar role, preferably in the sustainability industry, ideally focussed on carbon offsetting

• Demonstrated success in scaling companies strategically and fostering innovation

• Cross-collaboration with different teams driving innovation in all areas

• Proven experience working to ensure seamless operations across compliance, and financial efficiency

• Adapting to evolving business needs and familiarity working in a startup environment
