One role they’re looking to hire is a Head of Product Management focusing on the company’s consumer portfolio. This position offers a unique opportunity in a highly dynamic market environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a dedicated product team, consisting of researchers, designers and developers - ensure team efficiency and people growth

• Play a decisive role in the product vision definition in your product area

• Understand customer's and merchants' needs, design journeys and analyze CJMs, identify opportunities via research, market gaps or cutting-edge technical insights

• Drive product growth - prioritize opportunities, test them and make them live

• Analyze product metrics, be responsible for them, gather and analyze customer feedback

• Build product processes within and outside of the team, communicate with stakeholders

• Gather product requirements, manage backlog
