We are hiring a Head of Product to take ownership of the entire shipping and logistics stack for a leading digital commerce platform in Saudi Arabia. This is a high-impact leadership role driving end-to-end fulfillment experiences, partner integrations, and delivery reliability for merchants operating across the GCC.

This is an opportunity to shape a core function that directly affects merchant performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. You will build a logistics product that is not just functional but becomes a competitive advantage in a market where speed, reliability, and scalability matter most.

Discover the role

As Head of Product for Shipping and Logistics, you will own and lead four critical domains:

• Shipping products covering delivery management, routing, COD, and driver tools

• Logistics integrations including onboarding, API quality, and partner stability

• Fulfillment experiences such as SLA accuracy, tracking, reconciliation, and issue resolution

• Operational reliability, reducing failure points and leakage at scale

• You will define the vision, set the roadmap, and lead cross-functional squads across engineering, operations, and commercial teams. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring deep domain knowledge and the ability to turn complex logistics operations into scalable, merchant-friendly systems.

• Proven track record leading logistics, delivery, or OMS products.

• Deep experience in last-mile logistics, courier integrations, routing, COD, and SLA management.

• Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, error handling, and reconciliation logic.

• Experience scaling integration platforms and diagnosing real-world failures.

• End-to-end product ownership across shipping workflows and merchant touchpoints.

• Strong cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, operations, and partnerships.

• Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on delivery success, SLA accuracy, exceptions, and reconciliation.

• 7+ years in product management with experience in shipping or logistics tech.

• Fluent in Arabic and willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
