Job description

We’re searching for a Head of Social to lead strategy, storytelling, and performance across all social media platforms for a fast-evolving global brand. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand, Creative & Social, this is a rare opportunity to shape social at scale, guide a high-performing team, and drive meaningful engagement across global audiences.

Your Mission:

Lead with Vision
• Define and deliver a bold, insight-led global social strategy that drives brand relevance and measurable results
• Set clear direction, frameworks, and channel playbooks to fuel consistency and creative excellence

Content with Impact
• Oversee the creation of engaging, shareable content across platforms — from daily posts to high-profile campaigns and live activations
• Bring the brand to life through storytelling, innovation, and community-first thinking

Performance & Growth
• Define and monitor KPIs, turning social insights into business impact
• Manage partnerships, influencer collaborations, and paid strategy integration

Team & Stakeholders
• Lead and inspire a talented in-house social team
• Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment, consistency, and best-in-class execution
• Manage agency partners and global stakeholders to scale output without compromising quality

• Stay ahead of trends and emerging technologies
• Foster a culture of experimentation, always-on learning, and content agility

What You Bring;

  • 10+ years of hands-on and strategic social media experience in global environments

  • Strong leadership track record with cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Expertise in content creation, analytics, live event activation, and influencer marketing

  • Data-driven mindset with proven results in engagement, reach, and ROI

  • Knowledge of paid media and SEO best practices

  • Excellent communication; multilingual is a plus
