​We're looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead internal infrastructure, security, and operations across a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role involves setting strategy, managing vendors and technical teams, and ensuring smooth, secure day-to-day operations. You’ll also need to be hands-on when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, operations, and helpdesk

• Lead IT projects aligned with business goals, both on-prem and in the cloud

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans

• Manage vendor relationships and service agreements

• Monitor system performance, cybersecurity, and ensure compliance

• Provide L3 support and helpdesk escalation when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years managing IT infrastructure, operations, and helpdesk teams

• Strong experience with Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, networking, and virtual environments

• Expert in Active Directory, Group Policy, and systems administration

• Familiar with database management, cybersecurity, and application support

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams

• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
