We are hiring a Digital Product Manager to work onsite with one of the largest semi-government real estate companies in Saudi Arabia, generating over 1 billion SAR per year. This is a pivotal role embedded in a major digital transformation programme, helping shape the inception, development and optimisation of critical digital products that support both citizens and businesses.

This role will be employed by a strategy consultancy, where you will work on-site with the team in Riyadh.

You will take ownership of several digital products, working end-to-end from ideation through to delivery, performance and optimisation. You will work closely with client stakeholders to define strategy, shape roadmaps, and steer Agile development teams toward successful launches and improvements. You’ll also help embed best-practice frameworks and mentor junior team members.

• 8–10 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in consulting and 2–4 years in product management or innovation

• Experience launching and optimising digital or enterprise solutions

• Strong understanding of Agile, design thinking and digital product frameworks

• Experience working within or alongside major strategy consultancies

• Fluent in Arabic and English
