You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of their consumer payments platform—leading development, influencing strategy, and implementing modern, scalable technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a mobile development squad, driving best practices, reviewing code, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable features

• Taking full ownership of squad outcomes and committed deliverables

• Designing and building robust mobile solutions that align with operational needs for scalability, maintenance, and monitoring

• Evaluating and integrating external technologies or vendor solutions to ensure they’re cost-effective and a good architectural fit

• Promoting innovation, solving complex challenges, and contributing to a strong engineering culture across the team

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience leading a mobile team in a fast-paced environment

• 8+ years of hands-on mobile development using either Native Android or Flutter

• Strong experience working with APIs, managing data flow, and using design systems to enhance user experience

• Previous experience in payments or handling financial transactions is highly desirable
