​ We have partnered with a unique client based here in Dubai who is looking to add a Manager with a passion for organizing events within the AI/Blockchain/IoT space.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events that showcase advancements in AI, Blockchain, and IoT.

Working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure the successful implementation of their event strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry experts, engage with global stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience within the AI, Blockchain, and IoT sectors

• To plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of event management, including venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, vendor management, and post-event evaluations

• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging event content, such as keynote presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and demonstrations

• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and speakers to ensure high-quality event participation

• Manage onsite event operations, including registration, audiovisual setup, catering, and attendee experience

• Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze feedback, and generate reports to measure the success of each event

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify new event opportunities

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and managing high-level events, preferably with international organizations

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business, Communications, or a related field is required

• Proficient in event planning software and platforms

• Proven experience in event management, preferably within the technology industry or related fields

• Strong understanding of the AI, Blockchain, and IoT industries, with knowledge of key players, trends and challenges

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and event attendees.
