​The Opportunity

A senior enterprise role responsible for shaping and leading monitoring and observability across critical systems in a highly structured, regulated environment. This position sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and senior stakeholder engagement, with real ownership and visibility.

You will lead the monitoring strategy, manage teams, and work closely with architects and business stakeholders to ensure service stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

- Own enterprise monitoring and observability strategy

- Lead and mentor L1/L2 monitoring teams

- Drive improvements across event correlation, alerting, and RCA

- Partner with architects, DevOps, and application teams

- Present service health and monitoring insights to senior stakeholders

- Ensure alignment with ITIL, SLAs, and audit requirements

What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years in IT monitoring / operations / observability

- Strong experience with Dynatrace, OBM (Operations Bridge), SolarWinds

- Leadership experience in enterprise environments

- Proven ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders

- Experience in regulated environments (banking a plus)
