Job description
We are hiring a senior Partner & Ecosystem Development Manager to lead partner strategy, recruitment, enablement, and growth across the Middle East region. This role sits at the heart of the cloud ecosystem and is responsible for building high-impact, performance-driven partnerships that accelerate market expansion, revenue growth, and customer success.
This is a front-line, commercially driven role, combining ecosystem strategy, partner sales enablement, and operational governance. You will work closely with partners, internal sales teams, and regional leadership to scale a sustainable and high-quality partner network.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Planning & Recruitment
Identify priority partner segments within the region and recruit high-quality, high-growth partners aligned to regional strategy.
Develop structured partner business plans and expansion roadmaps to drive long-term growth.
Build a scalable and localized partner ecosystem to ensure strong regional coverage and pipeline generation.
Partner Growth & Enablement
Enable partners to sell effectively through structured onboarding, certification programs, policies, and solution alignment.
Empower partners based on their business focus, maturity, and specialization to improve sales execution and service delivery.
Drive repeatable, scalable partner success models that accelerate revenue and customer adoption.
Partner Operations & Incentives
Identify and allocate growth opportunities, supporting partners with ongoing tracking, resources, and operational support.
Manage partner processes end-to-end, including issue resolution and conflict management.
Contribute to partner incentive design and provide feedback to safeguard partner interests and drive performance.
Monitor partner satisfaction and act quickly on partner requests with sound commercial judgment.
Ecosystem Governance & Risk Management
Ensure ecosystem quality control, compliance, and credit risk management in line with collaboration policies.
Prevent integrity violations and red-line behaviors to protect business security and brand reputation.
Maintain a high-trust, high-performance partner environment.
Strategic Collaboration & Sales Enablement.
Design and execute partner collaboration strategies that directly support regional business objectives.
Build strong executive-level relationships with partner decision-makers.
Co-create go-to-market and customer expansion strategies with partner.
Support and accelerate mid-to-large enterprise sales cycles in collaboration with partners, from discovery through contract signing.
Experience
5+ years of experience in channel, ecosystem, or ISV expansion within the cloud computing or technology sector.
Proven success in B2B / B2G sales and partner-led growth.
Experience in global or regional partner management or partner recruitment strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to enable partners to sell, scale, and execute consistently.
Strong understanding of local Middle East cloud and technology ecosystems.
Familiarity with major cloud competitors and regional AAG ecosystem networks.
Skills & Capabilities
Strong ability to design and implement tiered partner management models.
Proven experience managing strategic partner relationships and resolving complex commercial or operational challenges.
Highly independent, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating in fast-growth environments.
Ability to articulate clear and compelling value propositions for cloud solutions and services.
Strong stakeholder management skills across partners, sales teams, and leadership.
