Job Description:

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in building a groundbreaking product that

addresses the evolving needs of clients in the Middle East. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and drive innovation in the fintech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in client discussions to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and gain insights into market needs

• Conduct thorough research to understand consumer mentality, local customs, and preferences in the Saudi Arabian market

• Analyze and synthesize client feedback and market research to identify key needs and requirements

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to translate client needs into clear and actionable tasks for product development

• Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of new features and enhancements

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market needs and business goals

• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to drive product improvements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Be versatile and quick to learn new skills, adapting to the evolving needs of the company and the product.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a startup or MVP stage environment

• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience working with engineering teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders

• Fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken

• Experience in the Saudi market and familiarity with local customer preferences is a must

• Fintech or banking industry experience is highly desirable

• Ability to translate customer wants into actionable tasks and specifications for the development team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Passionate about technology, startups, and driving product innovation
