Are you a passionate Product Manager ready to lead the development of a cutting-edge review platform in the e-commerce gaming industry?
I am on the lookout for an exceptional Product Manager to join an exciting new venture to drive a platform within the online gaming and betting industry from conception, to launch and beyond which is aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
This will be a standalone Product role within a Seed-level start up, so experience in a similar environment will be crucial to be able to influence the success of the company.
The online gaming and betting industry is in the midst of an incredible surge and is likely to reach a valuation of $3.1 billion by the end of 2023. Within this, my client envisions themselves to be “the ultimate destination” for its users and want to create an environment for trust within the industry and is looking for true innovation and influence from this Product Manager to help them redefine the online landscape across India.
Collaborate with the leadership team to craft and execute the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
Transform business objectives and customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market dynamics, and business impact.
Stay in tune with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
Enhance user experience by translating data into actionable design recommendations.
Work closely with engineering to ensure feature development meets high-quality standards and specified requirements.
Collect and analyze data to monitor product performance, user engagement, and KPIs.
Utilize data insights and market trends to guide feature iterations, optimizations, and strategic pivots.
Solicit feedback from users and team members to drive continuous product and process improvements.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain profound insights into user needs and pain points.
Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.
Strategize and execute successful product launches, including messaging, marketing collateral, and user training materials.
Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about product updates and milestones.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field
3-5 years of technical product management experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or B2C tech environment.
Profound understanding of product development processes and emerging technologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and prioritize effectively.
Analytical mindset, skilled in data-driven decision-making.
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive approach to ownership and driving initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, accompanied by outstanding interpersonal abilities.
Preferred industry background: B2C tech platforms operating in online gaming, fantasy sports, e-commerce, EdTech/FinTech, classified ads, or publications.
