Discover the role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of core payment products. This role is suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings deep knowledge of the payments space, and wants to build critical infrastructure at scale. You’ll shape roadmaps, define solutions, work closely with engineers and designers, and champion the voice of the customer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of payments products from idea to launch

  • Translate product strategy into detailed user stories and functional specs

  • Work across engineering, design, QA, and DevOps to prioritise, build, and ship features

  • Engage with clients and internal teams to understand business problems and user needs

  • Lead market research, product positioning, and pricing strategy

  • Ensure regulatory compliance across protocols such as PSD2, PCI, and SCA

  • Mentor junior product managers and business analysts within the team

  • Drive internal alignment and stakeholder buy-in from C-level to delivery teams

  • Analyse performance metrics and user insights to continuously optimise product features

  • Manage coordination of product launches and align delivery with product roadmap

This role requires strong B2B software experience, a solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, and a proven ability to lead across technical and non-technical teams. It’s a high-impact position at the heart of a business building trusted digital infrastructure in the region.
