Job description
Join a fast-scaling SaaS platform in the HR and PeopleTech ecosystem. This team is building the next generation of workforce management tools, and you’ll be at the front line driving new business pipeline and spreading product awareness across the region.
Responsibilities
• Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Prospect via email, phone, LinkedIn and events.
Research target accounts and understand pain points.
• Discovery & Qualification
Run structured discovery calls to qualify prospects.
Understand customer challenges and align product fit.
• Pipeline Collaboration
Work closely with account executives and marketing to convert leads.
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and reporting.
• Brand Advocacy
Represent the product with energy, clarity and professionalism.
Attend events, demos and product workshops when required.
Minimum Qualifications
1–3 years in SDR, inside sales or lead generation.
Exceptional communication skills and commercial drive.
Experience in SaaS or HR tech is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience selling into HR, PeopleOps or Tech teams.
Ability to speak additional languages.
