We’re partnering with one of Saudi Arabia’s premier multidisciplinary advertising agencies to find a dynamic Senior Art Director. With an impressive client roster spanning government, F&B, retail, FMCG, automotive, and entertainment sectors, this agency is celebrated for its bold, culturally resonant, and strategically driven campaigns.

​As a Senior Art Director, you'll play a central role in bringing creative visions to life. From concept to execution, you’ll shape compelling visual narratives that connect with audiences and deliver measurable impact. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading campaign development from concept to completion, with a focus on client goals, target audience, and key messages.

• Collaborating with copywriters to develop fresh, innovative ideas aligned with client briefs.

• Producing sketches, mockups, and storyboards to communicate concepts effectively.

• Presenting and pitching creative ideas directly to clients.

• Briefing and guiding creative teams across various disciplines.

• Commissioning and collaborating with photographers, filmmakers, and other creatives.

• Scouting and assessing shoot locations.

• Overseeing shoots on location and working closely with production teams.

• Attending production meetings and post-production sessions to ensure quality output.

• Mentoring junior creatives, reviewing portfolios, and supporting team growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in a creative or advertising agency environment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• A strong creative vision and conceptual thinking ability—able to transform insights into powerful, visually striking campaigns.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• A portfolio that showcases versatility, originality, and strategic design thinking.
