Responsibilities

•High-Performance Infrastructure Design

• Architect, deploy and maintain large-scale on-prem and hybrid cloud environments.

• Lead automation initiatives, pipeline optimisation and infrastructure scalability.

•Platform Reliability & Operations

• Ensure uptime and resilience of critical systems through proactive monitoring.

• Drive root-cause analysis and long-term system improvements.

•Security & Governance

• Implement defence-grade hardening and compliance controls.

• Partner with cybersecurity teams on secure design, secrets management and zero-trust.

•Technical Leadership

• Lead engineering sessions, design reviews and technical mentorship.

• Support cross-functional delivery with software, embedded and R&D teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (mandatory).

• 7+ years DevOps/SRE experience with strong expertise in CI/CD, Linux and containerisation.

• Solid hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, IaC, monitoring stacks, and secure networking.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in high-security, government or defence environments.

• Strong Python/Go scripting skills.
