​Our client is a fast-growing fintech startup based in Dubai and looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech or a related field, and a proven track record of success in managing and scaling operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet company goals and objectives

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including customer service, logistics, and financial management

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on fintech or a related field

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

• Proven ability to analyze and improve operations, with a track record of success in implementing and scaling operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of financial management principles and experience with financial reporting
