This forward-thinking Fintech business set in the heart of Dubai is looking to grow their team and add to their business by hiring a local Emirati candidate to join their ever-growing Marketing team. This person will be joining as a Social Media & Marketing Executive.

This is an opportunity for the right person to gain priceless skills within the social media space. You will be curating content and posting on platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram and Twitter. You will need to have a big imagination and be a little cheeky – this company will be happy for you to post content on social media that is slightly “outside of the box”!

Responsibilities will include -

To Plan and create content for social media platforms such as Tik-Tok and Instagram fortnightly in advance.
To create and release content on the businesses Tik-Tok account.
To create content that is sharp, engaging and memorable for public engagement whilst ensuring content may not be determined as offensive or politically inappropriate where you may put the companies’ brand and name into disrepute.
To collaborate and work with Videographers to ensure that content is created effectively and professionally.
To schedule and ensure the management of release of content is published at optimal time for maximum public engagement.
To analyse and report on engagement and effects of posts including the success and impressions made.
Maintaining a secure login of all company social media credentials and adhering to the company social media policy at all times whilst carrying out your duties.
Be data driven and execute new social media content based on numbers, statistics and previous content behaviour and trending content.
Actively seek, flag and feedback on ways of improvement to our service, product of customer experience in line with marketing trends.
