This is a hybrid role that sits across studio operations, production delivery and creative execution. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the in-house creative and podcast studio, supporting the design team, and delivering audio, video, and social content to a high standard. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and enjoys combining hands-on production with behind-the-scenes organisation.

• Manage day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, equipment, and production timelines.
• Oversee podcast and content production from setup to post-production.
• Edit and mix podcast episodes (audio and video) for distribution across platforms.
• Prepare assets for social media, ensuring consistency across visual content.
• Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Support graphic design with basic tasks and preparation of marketing visuals.
• Cut long-form podcast and video into short-form clips for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Help shape how content is distributed and repurposed for maximum impact.
Discover the requirements
• Previous experience in a studio manager, production manager or content producer role.
• Strong hands-on experience in audio and video editing, especially podcast content.
• Comfortable managing equipment, studio setups, and post-production workflows.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A good eye for content and a strong understanding of social media formats and trends.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for working in a creative environment.
