I am super excited to be working with a next-generation boutique consulting firm to hire a Digital Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of digital banking / financial service platforms.

Due to the nature of new projects they are looking to grow locally in the UAE and Saudi. If successful, you will be sitting in Dubai and be responsible for developing the footprint in the region.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that the digital consulting services are executed and aligned with client objectives, and delivering measurable business value. If successful, you will come in and deliver banking applications and platforms, serving as a head of digital platforms and leading digital teams.

The main responsibilities include supporting sales strategies in Financial Services, with a focus on digital & technology transformations in banking across the GCC. You will also create technical solutions to specific bank's business problems within Banks and Financial Services.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in Financial Services, with Digital & Technology Consulting Companies or Leading Banks' Technology / Digital department

• Expertise in application, data, and technology components and building blocks from an enterprise architecture perspective.

• Experience with Team Management Skills for team sizes of 10-20 for complex hybrid deliveries.
