Key responsibilities:

- You will be expected to collaborate with the training team, format technical training programs in line with business and client requirements.

- You will produce training schedules and classroom agendas.

- You will have exception communication skills, efficiently expressing yourself, and delivering impactful learning experiences.

- You will analyze the effectiveness of training programs and create plans to improve content and delivery continually.

- You will use customer experience and feedback to drive training programs, processes, and delivery.

Key Skills:

- 5+ years minimum experience with Technical Training.

- Excellent communication skills English. Knowing Arabic is also advantageous.

- BSc qualifications or above, preferably within relevant field.

- You will have the ability to present in both technical and non-technical terms.

- Proven experience delivering classroom training and also virtual training using online tools.

- Cloud, Data analytics, BI, or AI platforms is essential

-  Expert in MS Office suite or other training tools.

- Camtasia Studio experience preferred.
