Working for one of our clients in the region of Zurich we are seeking a highly skilled UC Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Teams to design, implement and manage the organization's unified communications environment.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Plan and conduct migrations of third-party UC solutions to the M365 platform;

• Evaluate emerging Microsoft and UC technologies and recommend improvements to the current environment;

• Conduct Proof-of-Concepts, validate and integrate new technologies;

• Work closely with other technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that the Microsoft Teams Voice and Video environment meets the needs of the organization;

• Develop and maintain documentation related to the UC environment and related processes;

• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other technical teams.
  

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Teams voice and video features;

• Strong understanding of networking technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SBC, VoIP and SIP
