​We are hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a global wealth management organisation, backed by 20 years of experience in trading and investment across Europe, APAC, and MENA.

This is a brand new role for the team, acting as a shared resource across various squads, where your role will be to lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms.

Our client currently has 2 websites and 1 mobile app, with further plans this year to roll out new innovative trading and investing products utilising new blockchain technologies.

Whilst any web3 / crypto experience would be relevant, the hiring manager for this role is a strong believer that designers can be industry agnostic. So we are welcoming UX/UI Designers to apply from any sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading UX/UI projects across multiple web/apps

• Rapid prototyping

• Creating wireframes, user flows, and detailed mockups

• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

• Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals

• Designing user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible

• Ensuring consistency of design across all digital platforms in line with the brand’s identity

• Iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics
