Our client, a global cloud computing and artificial intelligence provider, is expanding its presence in the UAE and accelerating growth across key verticals, including gaming and media. The business supports enterprises, developers, and government organizations across more than 200 countries and regions, operating a large-scale global infrastructure of data centres and delivering secure, reliable cloud and data processing solutions at enterprise scale.

The organization is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Dubai to support its continued growth in the UAE, with a particular focus on expanding relationships within the gaming and media ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing senior client relationships, and contributing to the wider commercial strategy. The role suits a driven, results-oriented professional with strong business development experience and a solid understanding of cloud computing services.

  • Take full ownership of revenue outcomes and the end-to-end customer experience, operating with a strong business-owner mindset.

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new client opportunities across multiple industries.

  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to drive consistent and predictable growth.

  • Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations to position cloud-based solutions effectively.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with defined revenue targets.

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring client requirements and feedback are clearly represented.

  • Serve as a trusted commercial partner within client environments, building credibility and long-term relationships.

  • Collaborate closely with solution architects and technical teams to align cloud offerings with customer architectures and improve overall IT efficiency.

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the technology or cloud computing industry in the Middle East market

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Experience in prospecting and building connections with new target accounts.

  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Experience managing multiple tasks and projects in a fast moving environment.

  • Understanding of Cloud and Hybrid Cloud technology and solutions.
