We are hiring a Regional Marketing Manager to lead end to end marketing activity for the APAC region, based out of our client’s UAE office.

This role is essential for ensuring global brand priorities and commercial objectives translate into high impact campaigns that resonate across Asia Pacific markets.

Discover the role As the Regional Marketing Manager you will own the marketing strategy for the APAC region.

  • You will lead the planning and delivery of integrated full funnel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • By deeply understanding local market dynamics, customer behaviors, and cultural nuances within APAC, you will ensure every campaign is locally relevant and commercially effective.

  • You will work as a key partner to Revenue, Sales, and Loyalty teams to support route launches and seasonal peaks.

  • This position requires a blend of creative brand thinking and rigorous commercial analysis to optimize messaging and channel mix for maximum impact.

  • Own and execute the APAC marketing strategy aligned with global brand positioning

  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels for multiple countries

  • Bring local insights and competitive landscapes into the planning process

  • Partner with internal teams to support network changes and tactical commercial initiatives Analyze campaign performance and data to optimize investment and marketing effectiveness Act as the primary point of contact for the region while coordinating with global teams

  • Manage the regional marketing budget including planning and tracking Lead external agency partners to ensure high quality output and brand consistency

Discover the requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in regional or multi country roles

  • Extensive experience or deep knowledge of APAC markets and consumer behaviors

  • Background in aviation, travel, hospitality, or consumer facing industries Proven track record of managing full funnel marketing strategy and delivery

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive commercial outcomes

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders

  • Experience operating within a fast paced matrixed organization

  • Relocation to UAE is required for this role Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
