You will be responsible for leading and mentoring developers in the design and delivery of software products. • Lead and mentor a team of Python developers through the full software development life cycle.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure project success.

• Architect and implement solutions using the project tech stack including Python and FAST API.

• Manage code quality and performance through regular code reviews.

• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues to meet project deadlines.

• Provide technical guidance to foster a collaborative and improving team environment.

• Proven experience as a Python Developer with a strong understanding of best practices.

• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role guiding junior developers.

• Solid technical knowledge of Python and Mongo DB and FAST API and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with SqlAlchemy and Unit tests and AWS.

• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.

• Strong problem solving skills within a fast paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to various stakeholders.

• Experience with Martech or relevant technical certifications is a plus.
