Our client is a leading GCC Bank and is looking for an experienced Digital Scrum Master to be responsible for the overall deployment of their digital products and features.

Responsibilities:

- Define the agile delivery policies

- Coach & provide training to the development teams to follow the agile development best practices

- Deliver the agile sprints on a regular basis

- Managing vendors

- Introduce Agile practices into the development of the online system

- Define the agile delivery and production environments

- Oversee technical, business and design teams, including vendors, to embrace the Agile method

- You are a talented and experienced digital practitioner with a track record of taking products to market and are able to align stakeholders at each stage of the development lifecycle

- Lead your team effectively to ensure the on-time deployment of digital products and services into the market

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years of agile experience, preferably with 2+ years of coaching or transformation experience

- Scrum certification: CSM/PSM I etc

- Further advance certification such as (CSP/PSM II) is a plus

- Agile Certified Practitioner

- PMP/Prince 2 certification is a plus

- Experience in Banking/Financial services
