We’re partnering with a fast-growing mental health and wellbeing platform that’s transforming how schools support young people. Their mission? Make mental health support more accessible, engaging, and fun for kids, teens, and the adults who support them.

They’re now looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to help shape the next generation of their platform—one that’s playful, gamified, and emotionally intelligent.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the UX vision across products.

• Design beautiful, user-centric experiences for children, teens, parents, and educators.

• Build gamified features that feel fun, motivating, and age-appropriate.

• Lead on-the-ground research in schools and communities.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and mental health professionals.

• Create design systems and prototypes that scale across user groups.

What We’re Looking For;

• 6+ years of UX/UI design experience (preferably in youth, education, gaming, or mental health platforms).

• A strong portfolio that shows playful, polished, and inclusive design work.

• Proven experience designing for multiple audiences (kids, teens, educators, parents).

• Gamification know-how—you’ve designed features that encourage interaction and behavior change.

• Comfortable leading user research sessions, especially with kids and in school environments.

• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can make smart, independent decisions.

• A natural collaborator—someone who loves feedback and enjoys working with others to find the best solutions.
