We’re searching for Chief People Officer/Head of People/Culture for our partner client; a very fast-growing startup e-commerce platform, based in Dubai; This is a rare opportunity to play a critical leadership role in a hugely successful, values-driven e-commerce platform, surrounded by talented, collegiate, passionate people who are united behind the company’s purpose, promise and values.

To date, our client has experienced exponential growth and carved a profitable niche that has achieved phenomenal success in the Middle-east and Asia regions.

Reporting directly to the CEO and investor board, the Chief People Officer/ Head of People will be tasked with building and executing on a world-class people strategy. The board believe the company will stand or fall on the quality of its people and culture and are therefore determined to have a truly strategic HR leader to complement their leadership team, and take HR at to the next level.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding HR leader, who brings a proven track record of success within innovative digital businesses, navigating through high-growth and defining and delivering world-class people strategies. 

To be considered the leadership team are looking for HR Expert withing an e-commerce business currently, with strength in culture, learning & development and talent acquisition. You are will be an outstanding leader, coach, and mentor. You are a proactive and effective communicator, able to influence across all levels of the company. You are data-driven and operated in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment and understand the complexity and challenges of navigating a business through this phase of its lifecycle.
