Job description

Our client, a multi-national services provider have an exciting new opening for a Cloud Project Lead. The main responsbility will to be the overall authority in the design of the Cloud Platform to support competitiveness, capacity and continuous service improvement.

The Cloud Project Lead will be tasked to:

- Define and constantly optimizes the full operational process, from customer on-boarding and provisioning, service management and platform development
- Ensure a set of operational KPIs oriented to optimize customer experience
- Ensure the seamless execution of customer SLAs and SLOs
- Manage the transition of operations from customers and partners into the Operations teams when required
- Coordinate with business the development of platforms and the addition of capacity for new customers, recommending the best technical solutions to Business for platform evolution
- Coordinate with other Engineering departments the additional requirements and incidents out of Cloud scope • Ensures a high level of technical competency in the resources assigned to Cloud operation, developing the Cloud Technical team with a high focus on customer service and technology excellence
- Follow the service standards and certifications agreed with the management (ITIL, ISO, etc)
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and forecasting
- Develop operational management contacts and relationships in enterprise customer organizations
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Review and advises on the development of policies, procedures, guidelines, standards and operating practices in respect of Cloud network/ service quality
- Collect historic data for analytic and reporting to propose recommendations
- Reporting and trend analysis of deployed resources.

In terms of skills and experience, you will need:

- More than 10 years of experience in IT Operations in IT Service Providers, with more than 5 in Managed Services operating customer infrastructure with proven track record of service excellence
- Experience in Project Management and Service Management, PMI and ITIL V3 certifications will be a plus
- Proven leadership and ability to drive large technical teams
- Experience in delivering complex professional services engagements to enterprise customers
