We are seeking a CRM Manager to join a rapidly growing technology startup in Riyadh. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. The role will involve working closely with other departments to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, including data entry and analysis.
Work closely with other departments to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.
Analyze customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and targets.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM activities.
Continuously seek to improve and optimize the CRM process.
Stay current with new technologies and trends in CRM.
Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Experience in technology or start-up industry is a plus.
