We're on the lookout for a talented Head/Director of Engineering to join my client in leading a start-up ecommerce focused project based in Saudi.

The client is a KSA-based e-com startup fully funded by one of the largest retail corporations in Saudi with successful operations spanning over the past 25 years and two stock-listed entities worth over 4bn USD valuation.

We’re looking for professionals within the following domain in retail:

- B2B, Merchant, Seller side

Experience Required:

- 12 years of professional experience, including 7 years of experience leading tech teams
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical organizations, including performance management
- Experience with a product focus: full-stack,  consumer-oriented products.
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, C++.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to take an entrepreneurial approach and work in ambiguity.
- Passion for the mission to build and create for markets.
