A rapidly expanding Tech unicorn based out of Dubai with offices around the globe are recruiting for a Software Engineering Manager and have another 35 roles signed off for Q1, with plenty more to follow in 2022.

Following mass amounts of funding the business have grown to 300 with around 100 in tech alone and the future is looking bright. They’re building a product lead engineering function with each Software Engineering Manager having a pod of Developers, Testers, POs and Scrum Masters.

You, the successful Engineering Manager will be responsible for Design and Development, delivering best in class software solutions, through modern design principles and architecture, leading your team by example. There is a world-class team of Engineers from across the globe, recruited from some of the best tech firms on the planet.

Ideally, the Engineering Manager will have the following experience:
 

- Experience of leading Engineering functions.
- Lead agile transformations incorporating modern flexible working practices.
- Transformed monolith codebases to a modern microservice-based architecture.
- Built scalable applications, for web, mobile, and desktop.
- Built distributed systems with Tibco, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- A background in Platform engineering.
