Here you'll lead a team of talented Engineers in an agile environment to develop and deploy complex software to their customers.

You should have at least 8 years of software development experience, with the last 2 or 3 years in a leadership/people management position. 

As for technology, your experience should include:

- Designing, deployment and scaling of APIs and web applications (ideally .NET/Core)
- Building large-scale applications in an OOP language (C# would be ideal)
- Experience with CI/CD
- Cloud experience, ideally AWS, but Azure/Google would also work
- Building apps in distributed systems architecture - Event-Driven, RESTful, Microservices
- Test-driven development and unit-testing
- Agile practices
