This well-funded FinTech start-up, a forward-thinking organization building the future of finance in the Middle East, is seeking a solid marketing CRM leader. They are reimaging the financial system and building tomorrow’s Fintech products and wants your help to scale!
As Head of CRM and Retention, you will be responsible for leading the vision and strategy of their mobile-centric retention marketing and lifecycle efforts and also work with necessary teams hand by hand to set up a segmentation strategy and optimize the customer journey to move the north star metric and drive the retention loop.
You will drive the growth of their business by increasing the LTV of their users across all steps of the user's lifecycle by building, leading, and coaching a CRM team that will grow substantially over the next few years and will have a significant impact on their growth.
You will have an obsession with A/B testing and measuring, always analytical and data-driven, insane about scalability and laser focus on Growth and Automation mindset.
To be successful in this role, you will have had a Min of 7 years of work experience in retention marketing or lifecycle marketing and/or existing CRM. Have led teams for at least 2 years. Solid background in leveraging complex data sets to understand how to optimize actions toward target goals, understand market trends and see growth opportunities. Finally, you will be used to CRM solutions and software such as Mixpanel, Clevertap or Braze.
Based in Dubai, this role offers great weather all year round, a lucrative tax-free salary ranging from 30-40k AED p/m package.
