We're currently helping them search for a Head of Engineering to join their ever-growing team.
 

Responsibilities:

- Create QA strategy for the business
- Create deployment strategy
- Develop a good client service mindset throughout the Engineering department
- Ensure solid communications both within the Engineering department and across the business
- Mentor the company's talented engineering team, specifically the leadership positions
- Create a development program for the department, and continuously upskill team members to keep them abreast of the latest technologies
- Evaluate performance, provide feedback and high-impact coaching that enables engineers to achieve goals
- Enhances department and companies reputation by taking ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to accomplishments
- Implement & standardize project methodologies and performance reporting across all projects
