Responsibilities:

- Define the company's growth plans
- Responsible for coordinating and executing the growth plans and working closely with different departments
- Responsible for optimising the revenue funnel; customer growth, acquisition, retention and upsell
- Overseeing all marketing efforts
- Balance business goals and revenue targets
- Bring overall oversight into product & customer journey

They are looking for a superstar candidate with at least 8 years of experience working in growth marketing and strategy for a disruptive consumer goods company.
