Join a super successful Fintech Scaleup that is shaking up the Middle East and growing at phenomenal speed around the globe. 

They are looking for a superstar leader with a solid track record in innovative & traditional campaigns across the broad spectrum of present-day marketing channels. 

This is an opportunity to drive the strategic vision of the business, playing a vital role in the leadership team. You will drive product and market strategy and oversee the planning, development and execution of their marketing and advertising initiatives. 

Responsibilities: 

- Provide strategic counsel on the company’s marketing, brand strategy and positioning as it enters its next growth phase. 
- Create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features. 
- Design and deliver campaigns
- Develop existing relationships with key partners/investors
- Manage the Marketing budget for all regions as well as to conducting forecasts. 
- Identify and understand trends within the market and amongst consumers

Must have:

- At least ten years of experience having built a world-class marketing team from scratch
- Previously worked at a public-listed company, managing marketing budgets of more than USD 10 Mn annually
- Must have built affiliate programs in multiple continents and led an internationally focused high-volume B2B client acquisition
- Must be/have been a significant contributor to Series A (or later) fund-raising or an IPO
- Prior background in Fintech or general e-commerce, with experience of having worked in emerging markets (preferred)
