One of the UAE's fastest growing tech start-ups are looking to recruit a Design Leadership Position as they are looking to establish a talented team of individuals to work on a new ground-breaking complex product. This role would effectively lead the design strategy and will bridge the gap between product development and design.

The organisation are working with cutting edge technology in order to integrate machine learning and AI into a new solution within the secure communications space and the product spans outside simple web & mobile experience design.

You will need to be an expert who's had experience in the end-to-end release of projects which includes Experience Design & architecture for systems.

This role is ideal for someone who is very experienced looking for a Head of or Director level position (depending on experience).

Previous experience required:

- Minimum 10+ years of Experience Design

- Expert knowledge of best practice professional design principles

- Experience in leading projects

- Previous experience colloborating / leading Software Engineers building the products

- Experience in system design / architecture
