Responsibilities:

- Prepare a marketing strategy for each line of business
- Build a results-driven culture across all marketing communications activity
- Drive awareness of their international proposition in key target markets
- Develop a clear social media strategy and content plan for engaging audiences
- Lead engagement with international CEO and Ops teams
- Own budgets and results targets for the team

Requirements:

- 15 + years of exceptional marketing and leadership experience
- Previously worked in the FinTech space
- Experience in setting up a marketing & operations team
- Strong understanding of payments + global finance
