We have a fantastic opportunity with a fast-growing global tech start-up, that has recently secured further substantial venture capital funding. Based at their new London HQ, this client is expanding fast and are looking for an experienced HR Manager or HRBP who feel they are ready to make the step up to HR Director.

This company is an ambitious and innovative start-up with offices in multiple locations around the world. Their software platform is designed for the Beauty & Wellness industry and has quickly become an industry leader, with thousands of users in over 100 countries.

A largely autonomous role, this position is suitable for HR professionals who possess excellent communication, presentation and management skills. Reporting to the Co-Founders you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the HR department, always ensuring the experience of the employees is at the core of everything you do. 

A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Administration and strategy within the tech/start-up (ideally SaaS) scene is a must. Strong understanding of HR policies and laws. Fluent spoken and written English. London based candidates (or commutable distance) only will be considered.

Based in a vibrant and modern central London based office with complimentary food & beverages daily, and a salary on offer ranging from 55k – 65k GBP p/annum.
