We are recruiting for a Lead UX/UI Designer to join a highly reputable Middle-East-based finance organization, who are about to step foot in the Fin-Tech world, by launching a challenger bank. 
The project has gained huge attraction from industry professionals as the bank has created an agile product & tech hub in Dubai, where they have built an inclusive and highly rewarding company culture, with a strong set of values to empower individuals and emphasise collaboration, ideas and taking a user-centred approach. 
We are now looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer, with experience using Figma. The opportunity is an end-to-end UX design role, involving strategy, discovery, research, insights, testing, wireframing and prototyping. 
As well as creating design systems and designing UI screens for mobile & web.
We are looking for a Lead Designer who has experience leading a design squad / team. A large part of this role will also be to reimagine and redesign products, as well as digitasing old services.
