Job description

We’re currently working alongside a cutting-edge Cyber-Security Consultancy here in the UAE, together we are looking to hire multiple Principal Ethical Hackers to join their ever-growing team of cyber-security specialists.

Here you’ll bring your vulnerability knowledge to become a vital piece of a large network penetration testing team. Responsibilities will include assessing complex IT systems, infrastructures, software and devices for security vulnerabilities and performing various attacks on these networks.

For this role, you’ll need to be able to perform network-based security assessments, security assessments on Internet-facing and software applications, penetration tests across public networks and penetration tests across internal networks. You’ll have experience conducting research on emerging exploitation methodologies and emerging security threats, as well as developing testing scripts and procedures and being familiar with common penetration testing methods and standards.

Knowledge in both Linux and Windows OS, along with being comfortable on the command line for NMAP, Metasploit and Windows/Linux Shells is important, as is being experienced with networking, network protocols, and security infrastructures.

Finally, you will need to have at least a BSc in Cyber Security or a related field (MSc would be preferred) have a full stack understanding of end-to-end application communications and be familiar with tools such as Nessus, Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike and Kali Linux. Along with 15 years’ experience in vulnerability research, penetration testing, or related fields, and certified in two of more of the following certifications or their equivalents: OSCP, OSEE, OSCE, SANS, GIAC, OSSTMM, NIST.

In return, our client is offering a tax-free salary of 35-45k AED p/month (this converts to €8,250- €10,500 tax-free, take-home per month) along with benefits such as generous annual leave, comprehensive schooling allowance for up to 3 children, annual flights to your home country (family), private medical cover (family) and annual bonus.
