Our client's Digital Banking Unit is responsible for developing and managing all digital platforms as well as related frontend platforms across all retail banking distribution channels, the underlying processes, and the customer experience, contributing to revenue generation and productivity increase in close collaboration with the segments, products and supporting functions, across retail and wealth management businesses.
The unit builds, runs and changes the platforms, processes and experiences leveraging on an agile operating model, ensuring high adoption and convenient access and high availability.
These platforms include online, mobile, websites, Chatbots, LiveChat, VideoBanking, Call Centre Voice Inbound, IVR, tablet, branch applications, ATMS/CDMS, digital kiosks, on top of CRM which is widely used by branches and DSF as well as by a number of internal bank users in Tanfeeth and the central unit.
- 12-15 years of experience and proven knowledge in product management within banking
- Deep understanding of industry trends and business units to create a value proposition for the business unit and a product vision
- Agile training, project management training and certifications. Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas and alternatives
