The Job

I am looking for a dynamic and resourceful Product Manager who is familiar with the product development life cycle and have a strong understanding of both the fintech industry and B2B integrations.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product strategy. Your role will be critical in shaping the direction of the product offerings, driving innovation, and ensuring the success of products within the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the company's product vision and strategy to employees and stakeholders.

• Lead the development of new products and services that align with the company's strategic goals.

• Foster a culture of innovation

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to ongoing support and maintenance.

• Measure and analyze product performance, and continuously work on optimizing and enhancing the product.

• Conduct customer research and gather insights to inform product decisions.

• Collaborate with other teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that products are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or relevant field.

• 3+ years of experience in product management.

• Proven track record of success in the fintech industry.

• Strong experience in B2B integrations.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong experience in product management and development.
