​Are you a product professional who has experience with working strategizing the development of client’s journeys related to core trading products, including client onboarding and payments?

Our client is seeking an individual who is tenacious, curious, eager, and open-minded to play a vital role in enhancing the client experience. Your primary responsibility will be to identify customerand internal stakeholder needs, prioritize deliverables, and

strategize the development of client journeys related to a core trading product, including client onboarding, payments, and client servicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize client research, analytics, and other data to identify pain points and bottlenecks, as well as opportunities to exceed client expectations in non-trading client journeys.

  • Develop wireframes and requirements, effectively communicating the scope and nature of the work to obtain sign-off from critical stakeholders.

  • Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders by incorporating inputs from stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams.

  • Act as a subject matter expert, supporting product development by managing the product backlog and planning upcoming sprints.

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external developers and Quality Assurance teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions, including participating in user acceptance Testing (UAT) and overseeing defect trackingand prioritization.

  • Define key metrics to measure the success or failure of platform and feature implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with keen attention to detail.

  • Hands-on experience in building technology products or features within a regulated industry such as brokerage, payments, or cryptocurrency, adhering to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

  • Experience working with wire transfers and card payments.

  • Solid understanding of KYC and AML requirements in financial institutions, particularly related to payments and client onboarding for individual retail and corporate entities.

  • Good knowledge of trading products and Contract for Difference (CFD) instruments.

  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, particularly in 2-week sprint cycles.

  • Ability to translate stakeholder requests into underlying needs effectively.

  • Ability to navigate the trade-offs between client experience and risk.

  • Demonstrated ownership and execution of product lifecycle and end-to-end customer experience.

  • Experience in formulating hypotheses, gathering feedback, and conducting A/B testing when appropriate.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technology, data, commercial, marketing, compliance, trading, and operations.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from developers to the C-suite.

  • Passionate about challenging the status quo and creating new processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
