🔧 About the Company

They build all digital platforms — internal and external — fully in-house. To do this, they're assembling a brand-new tech team in the UAE. And that’s where you come in.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We're hiring a Product Manager to own the entire data platform. This platform will allow the business to use data more intelligently — enhancing customer experience and business performance.

Ideally, you’ve already led a similar product build, but if you’ve contributed to one and then stepped into a PM role, that works too.

✅ You’ll Need

• 3+ years of Product Management experience

• Hands-on experience building & owning an enterprise data platform

• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and Azure

• Knowledge of data engineering + governance

• Strong stakeholder management skills (internal & external)

• Close collaboration experience with data teams (engineers, architects)

📍 Location & Relocation

This is a full-time, on-site role. The office is not in one of Dubai’s central hotspots — relocation (either within or into the UAE) will likely be necessary. To help with that, the company is offering relocation support.

💰 Compensation

The salary is competitive, but we’re especially looking for Product Managers who are excited by the mission and impact, not just chasing the highest offer.
