​Overview:

A fast-growing tech organisation in Riyadh is looking for a skilled QA Manager to lead day-to-day quality assurance operations across its digital product lines. Reporting to the Director of QA, the QA Manager will play a key role in ensuring robust test coverage, efficient automation practices, and a culture of continuous improvement in software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA planning, execution, and reporting activities for web, mobile, and backend systems.

• Oversee test case design, manual and automated test execution, and defect tracking.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks.

• Work with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, and integrate into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to embed quality into every phase of the SDLC.

• Coordinate regression, integration, and performance testing activities.

• Help enforce security and compliance testing procedures as per internal and national standards.

• Track and report QA metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect rates, test execution times) to stakeholders.

• Contribute to QA process improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a quality-driven mindset.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, etc.).

• Familiarity with CI/CD environments and test integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) is a plus.

• Exposure to secure coding practices and knowledge of tools like Burp Suite or OWASP ZAP is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
